About the Job
We are a manufacturing company in Clio, MI seeking a dependable Assembly & Packaging Associate to join our team. This position involves assembling small components, packaging finished products, and maintaining quality standards in a fast‑paced environment. Applicants must possess basic math and computer skills. We offer competitive pay and a full benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble small components according to written instructions.
  • Package finished products with proper labeling and presentation.
  • Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly and packaging process.
  • Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures.
  • Stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 45 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Use basic computer functions for labels and simple data entry.
  • Assist with general production tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and stay on task.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Availability for some weekend work as needed.
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
