Part-Time Assembly & Packaging Associate (Full-Time Growth Opportunity)
Montague Latch Co. – Clio, MI
We’re looking for a dependable part‑time Assembly & Packaging Associate to support daily production. This role starts part‑time, with the expectation of moving into a full‑time position for the right performer as business needs grow.
Schedule:
- 20–28 hours per week.
- Weekdays, flexible daytime hours.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble latch components according to work instructions.
- Package finished product for customer orders.
- Sort plated parts and maintain accurate counts.
- Receive incoming parts and materials.
- Keep the assembly/packaging area organized and stocked.
- Support general shop tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
- Comfortable with repetitive, detail‑oriented work.
- Basic counting/documentation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
